ECU Remapping – Sheffield

The Engine Control Unit, abbreviated as ECU, determines the engine management functions.

These functions control how much power the engine delivers, its performance and other tuning applications relating to power, torque, and emissions. Jaguar and Land Rover owners often find that the standard ECU calibrations are insufficient for their needs, either delivering a lack of power in certain rev ranges or not providing acceptable levels of fuel economy.

Here at Sheffield JLR Works, we offer a range of ECU remapping options depending on your particular vehicle type and individual performance enhancement requirements.

Parameters of factory settings that we can remap include:

• Fuel Injection
• Boost Pressure
• Rail Pressure
• Fuel Pump Pressure
• Ignition Timing
